User Experience Design
During my 4 years with Perficient (2013-2017) I lead a number of cross-functional teams as a Group Account Director for the User Experience Agency within Perficient known as Perficient Digital. Perficient is a national Digital Marketing and Technology Consultancy with expertise across all the major technology platforms. The Agency itself is platform agnostic and specializes in user-centric design, with a focus on Emotional Experience Design. My teams have lead workshops with client stakeholders to craft objectives and finalize requirements; directed User Research initiatives; conducted User Testing, both online and offline; lead Persona creation; documented user-flows, tree-tested navigational systems; led User Interface development; as well as representing Creative as a full participant in Agile project planning from inception through implementation.
My teams were composed of Brand Marketers, User Researchers, Analytics Analysts, Information Architects, Developers, System Integrators, Creative Directors, Designers, Illustrators, Photographers and Content Strategists.
My clients included: Toyota, Honda, Cedar Sinai, AAA, Symantec, Veritas, Invensys, and Advantage Sales and Marketing.
